Cookie Policy
Last Updated: 8 May 2025
This page explains what cookies are, how Bicara Keluarga uses them, and how you can manage your preferences. We use only a small number of cookies to help the website function and to understand how visitors find us.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work properly and to give owners basic information about how their site is being used.
Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information on their own. They typically store a short identifier that links back to information held by the website. You can control whether cookies are stored on your device through your browser settings.
2. Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies — always active
These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They cannot be switched off. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as filling in a form or setting your cookie preferences. They do not track activity for marketing purposes.
- cookieConsent — stores your cookie preference choices so you are not asked again on each visit. Duration: 12 months.
Analytics Cookies — optional
These help us understand how visitors arrive at and move through the website. The data is aggregated and does not identify individuals. We use this to improve the clarity and usefulness of our pages.
- Page view and navigation data via a self-hosted analytics tool. Duration: session to 13 months depending on type.
Marketing Cookies — optional
Marketing cookies may be set to understand the effectiveness of outreach. They track whether a visitor arrived via an advertisement and whether they subsequently made contact. No detailed behavioural profiles are built.
- Referral and campaign source tracking. Duration: 30 days.
Preference Cookies — optional
These remember choices you have made — such as display language or region — so you do not have to set them again on your next visit.
- Language and region settings. Duration: 6 months.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some pages embed content from third-party services. These providers may also set cookies on your device subject to their own policies:
- Google Maps — embedded on the contact page to display our office location. Google may set cookies in connection with this embed.
- Google Fonts — used to load typefaces. Requests are sent to Google servers when you load any page.
We have no control over third-party cookies. Please review the privacy policies of those services for details.
4. Cookie Duration
- Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period (typically 30 days to 13 months depending on purpose) or until you delete them.
5. Your Cookie Preferences
Use the controls below to choose which optional cookies you accept. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the site to work correctly. Your choices are saved immediately.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before withdrawal. Disabling analytics or marketing cookies means we will receive less information about how the site is used, but the site itself will continue to work normally.
